SPG Zuigercomposietdichting
SPG is een compacte dubbelwerkende pistonsluiting voor toepassingen van gemiddeld tot zwaar werk.
Het versterkte, thermisch stabiele thermoplastische afdichtingsvlak met trapvormige verbindingen stelt de dichting in staat om door de boring te glijden, waardoor het ideaal is voor dubbelwerkende telescopische cilinders.

Omschrijving
Structurele ontwerp:
Het bestaat uit een gevoerd brons-PTFE-ring die voorbelast wordt door een NBR-ring met vierkante doorsnede.
Aangezien alleen de PTFE-ring in contact staat met het glijoppervlak, is de wrijvingskracht zeer laag en wordt de stick-slip-beweging geëlimineerd.
SPG-zuigerafdichtingen hebben extreem lage wrijvingsweerstand, waardoor kruipen wordt voorkomen en hoge slijtvastheid wordt gewaarborgd.
