RBB/HBY Buffer Seal for Hydraulic Cylinder
The RBB seal is a polyurethane U-shaped cup buffer seal that works in series with the main rod seal.
Composed of TPU sealing rings and thermoplastic POM support rings, it can resist peak pressure in hydraulic applications and provide additional safety for the entire system.

Description
Structural Design:
The impact and surge pressure of RBB buffer hydraulic cylinder piston rod under heavy load
Separate high-temperature fluids to improve the service life of sealing components.
The flexible external static sealing lip and front notch ensure that pressure can return to the system side of the buffer and prevent pressure accumulation between the rod and the buffer seal.
Adjust fluid flow to provide smooth deceleration of the piston.
Helps to cool down, prevent overheating from transferring to the seals, and reduce the heat generated by the piston rod seals during operation.
