Description
Structural Design:
DOCTOR Seal has upgraded the traditional Rod seal structure by using new high-precision molds and designing a new maintainability seal design.
Upgraded construction of inner chamfer at the root: adaptive design, dynamically adapting the inner chamfer at 45 °~60 ° according to different product sizes, breaking down 90% of the inner extrusion force and significantly reducing root stress damage.
U-shaped sealing lip enlargement and thickening: The widened lip increases the interference fit between the rod, thereby enhancing the sealing performance and greatly improving the wear resistance.
