GSZ Wiper Seal PTFE
GSZ is a double acting wiper seal with two geometrically different wiping lips suitable for medium to heavy duty hydraulic cylinders with small groove dimensions.
It comprises of combination of O-ring energiser and outer seal ring made of PTFE added with a filler to increase the resistance of seal ring to wear & tear.

Description
Structural Design:
GSZ wipers are elements preventing that foreign particles from outer environment penetrate in the hydraulic applications, and consist of PTFE scraper ring and elastomer O-ring.
For reciprocating system, especially in low temperature, high frequency and heavy dust conditions.
The O-ring energizer provides the force necessary to maintain the pressure of the wiping lips against the sliding surface and allow the wiper to adjust for deflection.
Minimal starting and operating friction, ensuring smooth movement even at low speeds without crawling phenomena.
