MPS U-cup PU Rod seal PTB
Polyurethane U-cup profile with incorporated nitrile rubber X-ring，which provides good performance even at low pressure and temperature，suitable for medium duty applications. Rod seals ensure pressurized fluid stays out of the hydraulic system.

Description
Structural Design:
The MPS consists of a PU lip seal and a highly elastic NBR X-ring. The NBR X-ring in this design provides maximum sealing even under low pressure.
Compared to the same PTB, the double acting lip has stronger sealing performance and is more suitable for reciprocating motion.
The X-ring acts as an energizer under low pressure conditions, enhancing the effectiveness of the seal as the pressure in the rod and piston system increases.
The edges of the U-shaped cup conform to the contour of the cylinder or piston, providing a sturdy leak-proof barrier even under pressure and temperature fluctuations.
